Step 2 - review & select

Once payment has been received, you are presented with 2 style boards.
You pick the one that works best for you.  Refine & revise together with your designer.

Now I'm in!

Step 3 - enjoy a beautiful space

You are provided with a portfolio. Depending on the package that works best for you, you will receive a shopping list and set up instructions. Included in our platinum package is our concierge service. Shopping will be a breeze!

WHAT IS DECOR ANSWER?

Decor Answer is an online design consultation service that is tailored to individuals who need professional guidance when decorating a room.  Our clients vary from the design savvy DIY homeowner to the busy professional who is furnishing a rental to the newlywed couple living together for the first time!

How long does it take to deliver my design?

From start to finish the process will take approximately 2-3 weeks.  The 1st step is a 30 minute conversation, then 3-4 days for you to receive the furniture concept boards,  Refining the selected concept and presenting the final portfolio will take approximately 2 weeks.

what do I provide?

You will provide dimensions and 5-6 photos of the room via email.  We provide the experience, solutions, expertise and fabulous designs of course!

what does Decor answer provide?

Once completed, you will receive a portfolio tailored to the selected package purchased. It will include furniture plans, a shopping list with details about each piece, and instructions to implement the design.

HOW WILL I COMMUNICATE WITH MY DESIGNER ?

Customer service is a priority at Decor Answer, that is why we start with a phone conversation.  Once the concepts are ready, then a presentation meeting will be booked to review and discuss.  Most clients prefer e-mail to keep a digital trail of their projects.

CAN I COMBINE CONCEPTS?

Absolutely!  Clients have a final say on the furniture plan and layout.

ARE THERE ANY PROJECTS THAT ARE TOO LARGE OR TOO SMALL?

Every project is different in scale and scope. Some projects require new wall colours and a few added pieces to refresh, while others require a whole house of new furnishings.  Feel free to reach out anytime to discuss the possibility for your home.

What if i want to use pieces that i own in the final design?

Absolutely!  The REFRESH PACKAGE may be the ideal package for you.  We are here and will help you to meet your design goals however that works best.

What if the room is under construction ?

No problem.  The designer will ask a series of questions to have a clear understanding of what is required, including time frame and deadlines.

HOW DO I GET STARTED?

Send us an e-mail with some brief details about the space you want to have furnished and the ideal time to discuss. You will receive an email, then an invitation to meet virtually.
